How does the system operate?
The Appointment Booking System will enable you to organise your appointments with exhibitors through the Internet. The interested party - a future visitor to the Fair - has a possibility of booking appointments in various terms at individual companies. On the sites of the companies which are incorporated into the system you will find the link "Naplánovat schůzku" ("Plan an appointment"). After entering your PIN (you will obtain it after your registration into the system, which is free of charge) you will be directed to the site with a table where you will simply mark the term of the appointment required. The exhibitor which you ask for an appointment will receive an e-mail message with information on the appointment request and may send you its information whether it is possible to make the appointment or not.
This means that visitors write their booking requirements into the companies’ time schedules and at the same time they have good orientation in the appointments arranged (visitor’s appointments). The exhibitors’ representatives make their time schedules (exhibitor’s schedule) available to visitors, and at the same time they are kept informed on their appointments arranged (exhibitor’s appointments). An appointment request and its refusal/confirmation is (after sending) automatically recorded into the system, and at the same time it is sent by e-mail to the specific person in question. We believe that this system will help both visitors and exhibitors ensure a more effective appointment time management during the Fair.
