Several notes on the filling in of the 1st page of the Application Form:

Exhibitor:

Please fill in the name of the company which is to be presented at the Trade Fair. In the case of more companies state only one of them (the one for which the invoice is to be issued, if possible), the other ones should be registered as co-exhibitors.

Representative of the exhibitor:

Fill in if you apply for the assurance of your participation through a representative, including all invoicing and correspondence.

Presentation branch (Section):

Please remember to state the nomenclature number in the Application Form (the numbers are stated on page no. 7 – List of groups of products and activities), in which you will exhibit. This is important for the right placement of your exposition.

Dimensions and type of the area:

Please state the dimensions in entire metres. Remember to check off the area type. In the case of the corner area (if it is not possible to arrange for both the stand orientations) please state whether it is the right or left corner (corner type – which side is open in the case of a front view).



In the case of the U-shape area it is supposed that the rear side is always the longer one, if it is otherwise, please specify.

Always state the stand height if higher than 2.5 m. Ceilings are inclined in some halls, and if you have a higher exposition, it is necessary to count on the height already during the placement within the raster system.

Please send the original copy of the first page of the Application Form confirmed by you always by post to our address (in a registered letter, if possible).
