The Trade Fair of Real Estates and Investment Opportunities “FOR INVEST”, organised simultaneously with the FOR ARCH Building Trade Fair completed its 4th edition successfully last year. The 4th edition was the most successful one in terms of the number of exhibitors, exhibition area sold, as well as in terms of the number of visitors. This result was surely supported by the fact that it was for the first time when visitors could arrive at the Trade Fair by metro. The next edition of the FOR INVEST Trade Fair will be held at the Exhibition Centre Prague - Letňany on 22 – 26 September 2009.

The Trade Fair is designed for presentation of development projects, investment offers of regions and cities, real estate agencies as well as financial institutions. The largest expositions at the last Trade Fair belonged to such companies as Central Group, AAA Byty, Atrium, RD Rýmařov or MC Velox Praha. In 2008, FOR INVEST cooperated in the Architecture Week project as well. Right in the hall it was possible for visitors to enter the Architects’ Café and see the panel presentation of interesting architectonic projects. The accompanying programme of the entire event was formed, besides the “New Face of Prague” exhibition presenting implementations and projects in the territory of the capital city of our country, also by the Discussion Meeting focused on the topic “Market Price vs. Useful Value, Current Trends of the Residential Market”. The preparation of this forum was carried out within the framework of cooperation of the organising company (ABF, a.s.) and the magazine “Stavební fórum” (Building Forum).

Prague, being the capital city of the Czech Republic, attracts many investors who welcome presentations of multinational building firms, developers, investment and financial companies at the Trade Fair. The September term of the event is suitable from the viewpoint of contractual negotiations relating to possible orders and agreements, because investors from the number of towns and communities incorporate capital expenditure projects into their budgets in the second half of the year. These are also the reasons for which we have decided to continue to develop the FOR INVEST Trade Fair in following years, so that it can become a venue searched for by entities wishing to find and establish contacts and information from this field.
